Most of us have lost weight only to gain it back in six months or so, and at some point we begin the whole process over again. We can help you break this cycle. Our program focuses on the cognitive or thinking aspect of our eating behaviours. We work towards changing your relationship with food through creating good habits. The first half of our 12 week program focuses on providing concrete methods to identify and then change what you are doing. In the second half of our program, we introduce nutritional information and the strategies and tools necessary to help you build the best diet for you. And the best diet for you is the one you can be on for the rest of your life and feel the healthiest and happiest.
